ATHLETES FROM KYRGYZSTAN TESTED THE SLOPES OF THE YUGUS SKI COMPLEX IN MEZHDURECHENSK
In 2023, ski jumping and alpine skiing competitions (super G, giant slalom, slalom and team competitions) will be held here.
Latest news about the preparation of the sports facility for international competitions:
- reconstruction of springboards K-40 m and K-62 m continues;
- the construction of a lift with a length of 331 m for flying skiers, the building of the judicial and coaching unit and utility networks is underway;
- the building of the Winter Sports Center is being renovated;
- modules for ski preparation are installed - wax cabins, as well as locker rooms.
Training events for athletes from Kyrgyzstan are held from December 12th to 25th at the sports facilities in Belov and Mezhdurechensk. The team consists of hockey players, skiers and alpine skiers.
