On November 20 in Sochi, the Children of Asia Games International Committee in the name of Vice-President, Deputy of State Duma Mr. Marat BARIEV and Russian International Olympic University in the person of Mr. Lev BELOUSOV signed an agreement on cooperation within the 2nd international research-to-practice conference ‘Olympic Legacy and Mega Events in Sports’.
The Government of the island region held a meeting on preparing and holding the 1st Winter Children of Asia International Sports Games in Sakhalin. The Governor of the region Mr. Oleg KOZHEMYAKO chaired the meeting. Heads of specialized ministries and departments of the region took part in discussion.
On October 20, International Summit of Young Professionals in Sports within the World Festival of Youth and Students completed in Sochi. Participants presented their sports projects and results of group works that they had developed during the Summit.
