Kurash
A combat sport contested between two athletes under organized rules. The only wrestle position of rivals is standing in a rack. The main goal of wrestlers is to throw opponent on his back; this result in kurash is considered to be the total victory. To win the wrestle in such a way it is allowed to use only throws and sweeps evaluated by referees. The using of any shock, pain, stifling techniques, as well as grabbing below the belt is prohibited strictly. Kurash uniform includes wide white trousers and a loose shirt. An imprescriptible part of the uniform is a fabric belt used for comfortable hold of the rival. The girdle made of soft fabric measures 180–220 cm long and 50–70 cm wide.
